Fitness Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing class is designed for those who are not interested in learning martial arts for combat.

 

In this class, we'll take you through a kickboxer’s workout consisting of cardiovascular and resistance training, using training aids (heavy bags, focus mitts, kicking shields, etc.) to burn fat and build strength and endurance. You'll get:

  • An ultra-calorie burning workout in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
  • A complete workout experience, strengthening and toning while building endurance and functional fitness.
